I just wanted to let you know something. a while ago i got into lock picking as a hobbie and have been ordering pick sets and tools from another web site a good site all the things i need however i recently got the 2 ace picks as i wanted to learn this lock next. it came with a a4 sheet with instructions and i got the training board to practice. after 3 days i was very frustrated with failure unable to open the dam lock thinking i was going to have to pay over 25 quid for a dvd or detailed book i looked at your website. I found that rather than ask for more money after your sales you provide a avi video clip that showed me how to open the lock after watching it twice i set about trying again and had the lock mastered in about 7 to 10 seconds! just wanted to say you now have a customer for life and i cant wait to get your catalogue so i can get ordering more. many thanks you helped me out a lot with that.
