GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The problem a number of people faced were some locks in the UK and Europe tended to have much smaller key ways than our American partners. The solution was to create a brand new set of lock picks designed for UK, Europe and Japanese locks. Slim Line picks work beautifully on all kinds of locks with small or narrow key ways including some found in the USA.

22 PIECE SLIM LINE SET INFORMATION

This Twenty Two piece slimline set includes Fifteen different picks with metal handles, seven tension tools, and a snap over top grain leather case. The main difference between this set and the 15 piece slimline set is you have more tension wrenches and a better selection of picks. If you ask people who regularly lock pick a number of them will tell you that they tend to use the same picks but use more types of tension wrenches. Key ways do vary quite widely so having different tension wrenches does help. We often use 5 different tension wrenches for various types of locks. When a tension wrench is too small for a key way it tends to slip and this is the reason most lock pickers use multiple tension wrenches.

The rakes in this set are also greater and you have an angled rake which some people swear by.

This is a good upgrade for the professional or serious hobbyist.
